Why She Steps In
Sometimes all you need is one other woman to say, "Me too."
She Steps In started with a conversation between two friends. We realized we were both asking the same question — "What's next for me?" — and that a lot of other women probably were too. So we built a place where women can come together, be honest, and figure it out side by side. No pressure. No performance. Just real women, real talk, and a community that has your back.

We're Kathleen and Adrienne, and we've both stood at that crossroads where life looks different than you expected. We didn't find a roadmap, so we built one — and then we decided to share it. She Steps In is what we wish had existed for us.
